Basierend auf der NeXXus HiFi-Audio-Serie und erhältlich in den Höhen 520 mm, 620 mm, 720 mm und 1020 mm, zeichnet sich die NeXXus CM-Reihe durch ein verbessertes hinteres Standrohr (Durchmesser 50,8 mm) aus. Dieses verfügt an beiden Enden über große, doppelte Öffnungen (Durchmesser 38 mm) für die Kabelführung.
Neben Lautsprecherkabeln mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 30 mm lassen sich darin auch die meisten gängigen Kaltgerätekabel (IEC)*, Signalkabel* und WLAN-Kabel* unsichtbar verlegen.
Die NeXXus CM-Ständer bieten zudem eine höhere Massekapazität als die NeXXus Essential-Modelle: Sie verfügen über ein überdimensioniertes vorderes Standrohr (Durchmesser 76,2 mm), das speziell darauf ausgelegt ist, möglichst viel Füllmaterial – wie etwa Atacama Atabites oder ähnliche inerte Materialien – aufzunehmen. Beschwerungsplatten-Set – Dieses Set ist mit der NeXXus-Serie kompatibel. Gel-Pads – Die NeXXus CM-Modelle werden mit gewölbten Gel-Pads geliefert.
* Die Kompatibilität mit dem NeXXus-Kabelmanagementsystem hängt von Art, Anzahl, Dicke und Flexibilität der zu verlegenden Kabel ab. Bei einigen IEC-Steckern mit größerem Gehäuse kann es erforderlich sein, den Stecker zu demontieren und erst wieder anzubringen, nachdem das Kabel durch das Kabelführungsrohr gezogen wurde. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Lautsprecherkabel-Lieferanten oder Ihren Atacama-Fachhändler, um sich zur Eignung beraten zu lassen.
**Hinweis:** Das Set mit den 130 mm x 170 mm großen Deckplatten gehört bei den NeXXus-Lautsprecherständern zur Standardausstattung. Sollten Sie sich für eines der optionalen Deckplatten-Sets entscheiden, empfehlen wir, die nicht mehr benötigten Deckplatten anderweitig zu nutzen: Befestigen Sie diese mithilfe der Befestigungsschrauben für das Rohr an der Unterseite der Bodenplatten. Dies erhöht die Masse im unteren Bereich des Ständers, reduziert Resonanzen der Bodenplatte und steigert die Stabilität; zudem wird so verhindert, dass die ursprünglichen Deckplatten verloren gehen, falls sie später doch noch benötigt werden.
